All-league teams announced
All-league teams in Inland Empire League volleyball, boys soccer and girls soccer, and North Star League volleyball were announced recently. Teams were compiled following a vote of the coaches.
Several Sandpoint Bulldogs received prestigious awards. From boys soccer: Michael Brewer (League MVP), Seth Baker (Keeper of the year), and Kyle Van Dyk (Defensive player of the year). From girls soccer : Ed Bock (Coach of the year), Tori Allmaras (Defensive player of the year), and Sarah Krabacher (Keeper of the year). In volleyball, junior Savanna Lester was voted Defensive player of the year. Tiffany Van Buren and Tia Becker were named to the North Star League first team.
