NOTICE CORRECTION

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their meeting on Tuesday, November 15, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chamber at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:

A map change from Rural to Low Density Residential for approximately 10-acre parcel lying north of Schweitzer Cutoff Road between its intersection with Boyer Avenue and Sand Creek. The property is described as the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 3, Township 57 North, Range 2 W., B.M., less the county road right-of-way along the south line thereof.
