Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Butch and Kathy Trosin of 3735 Selkirk Road- Sandpoint, ID 83864 made application to place riprap along 60 feet of shoreline for erosion control. Located on the Pend Oreille River near Dover, Idaho adjacent to: Section 32, Township 57 North, Range 2 West; B.M., in Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
