NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a public hearing on Monday, the 21st , day of November, 2005, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the following:

1. A request by Sharon Bayless/Lake RV, Inc. for a sign height variance of +/- fourteen (14) feet. Located at 100 Tibbetts Lane. Known as the Golden Dragon property.

Written comments over one (1) page in length, must be received by the Ponderay City Council,

P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho, 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION

Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Doug Smuin of 187 Boat Club Road- Sagle, ID 83860 made application to place riprap along 50 feet of shoreline for erosion control. Located on the Pend Oreille River near Dover, Idaho adjacent to: Section 31, Township 57 North, Range 2 West; B.M., in Bonner County.
