Barbara S. Poss, 75

Barbara S. Poss, 75, passed away in Kootenai, Idaho, on Nov. 3, 2005.

A gathering for family and friends will be held at the Poss residence, 2617 Elmira Road, at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2005.

Barbara was born in Compton, Calif., on Oct. 5, 2005, and attended schools in the Los Angeles area. For 20 years she worked as a grocery checker in Ukiah, Calif. She moved to the Elmira area near Sandpoint, Idaho, in 1977.

She helped operate Ralph's Original Jewelry business, selling authentic Indian jewelry at horse shows and rodeos. She enjoyed needlework, knitting and sewing.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph Poss of Elmira, Idaho; a son, Danny L (and Merilee) Fearnow of Richmond, Va.; and two grandchildren, Jason Fearnow of Denver, Colo., and Jennifer Fearnow of Philadelphia, Pa.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the care of Coffelt Funeral Service of Sandpoint, Idaho.
