NOTICE OF SALE OF

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Idaho Code 55-2306 that American Eagle Storage, a self service storage facility, located at 148 McNearney Rd., Ponderay, Idaho, will hold a public auction for the sale of personal property located in unit #36 of the mini storage facility. the sale will be held on November 18, 2005 at 11:00 AM. All sales shall be in form of cash, shall be final and shall be without warranty express or implied.

The property is to be sold to satisfy a lien for rent, labor and/or other charges and expenses that have become due against Will Kellogg whose last known address is 3046 Colburn Culver Rd., Sandpoint, Idaho 83864.

The personal property subject to this lien included but is not limited to furniture, mini-refrigerator, filling cabinet, wood stove, bicycle and misc. personal items.

The sale will be conducted by American Eagle Storage or its Agents and the property may be sold in units or as one parcel according to the discretion of American Eagle Storage. American Eagle Storage or its Agents may be active purchasers at the sale. The contents shall be available for inspection for one hour prior to the sale.
