NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, November 30, 2005, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. FILE SS1238-05 - ZIP ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - PATRICK & KAYLA DOTSON are proposing to subdivide a +26.17 acre parcel into one +5 acre lot, and a designated remainder of 21.17 acres. the subject property is zoned Rural, and is located on Lignite Road approximately 2 miles southeast of Sagle in Section 11, township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1237-05 PROCTOR SHORT PLAT - PRELIMINARY PLAT - AREE PROCTOR is proposing to subdivide a + 17.14 acre parcel into 3 lots of +5.05 acre lot to +6.54 acres each. the subject property is zoned Rural, and is located on West spring Creek Road approximately 5 miles northeast of East Hope in Section 9, township 56 North, Range 2 East, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARING COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
