PUBLIC HEARING

DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, November 30, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at Sandpoint City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider adoption of an Ordinance authorizing the imposition of development impact fees by the City. Any affected member of the public may appear and present evidence regarding this proposed Ordinance.

Copies of the proposed ordinance, the land use assumptions, and the Capital Improvements Plan are available, upon request, from the Sandpoint City Clerk. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City of Sandpoint seven days prior to the meeting at Sandpoint City Hall (263-3310).
