HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings at the following times on Thursday, December 1, 2005, in Courtroom No. 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
6:30 P.M. - FILE ZC314-05 - ZONE CHANGE REQUEST: SUBURBAN TO SUBURBAN-1/3 - TIM MC DONNELL/MC DONNELL CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking approval to rezone +/-5.77 acres from Suburban (1-acre site area minimums) to Suburban 1/3 (12,000 square foot site area minimums). The site is located on the north side of Pine Street adjacent to Chuck Slough and +/-200 feet west of the Sandpoint city limits in Section 21, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M.
6:30 P.M. - FILE S1200-05 - LARKHAVEN - PRELIMINARY PLAT - TIM MC DONNELL/MC DONNELL CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking to subdivide +/-5.77 acres into 14 residential lots, in conjunction with a zone change request to Suburban 1/3. The site is located on the north side of Pine Street adjacent to Chuck Slough and +/-200 feet west of the Sandpoint city limits in Section 21, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M.
7:00 P.M. - FILE S1191-05 - THE RIDGE AT SANDPOINT, FIRST ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RICHARD & DIANA VOIT are seeking to subdivide a +/-77.56-acre parcel into four lots between +/-6.91 and +/-12 acres, and a +/-42.94-acre designated remainder. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Spades Road, in Section 4, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M.
7:15 P.M. - FILE S1214-05 - RIO HILLS ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MARITA STEWART is seeking to subdivide a +/-39-acre parcel into seven lots between +/-5.04 and +/-8.32 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Cresthaven Road, +/-8 miles west of Sandpoint in Section 17, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M.
7:45 P.M. - FILE S1235-05 - LEGACY ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - ONE INFORMATION SYSTEM, INC. is requesting to subdivide a +/-40-acre parcel into eight +/-5-acre lots. The site is located off of Wrenco Loop Road, +/-8 miles west of the City of Sandpoint, in Section 4, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M. The site is zoned Rural.
8:15 P.M. - FILE S1161-05 - LIBERTY HEIGHTS - PRELIMINARY PLAT - DAVID & JUNE WALKER are requesting to subdivide a +/-20 acre parcel into four +/-5acre lots. The site is located off of Sled Run Road, a private ingress/egress easement from Spring Creek Road, approximately 5 miles north of the city of Clark Fork, in Section 22, Township 56 North, Range 2 East, B.M. The site is zoned Rural.
