NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT the city of Kootenai city council will hold a public hearing on the 5th day of December, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., at Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane St, Kootenai, Idaho for the purpose on hearing a conditional use permit request to allow zero-lot line development for the following properties:

Lots 1A and 1B, 4A and 4B, 19A and 19B, 21A and 21B, 27A and 27 B, 30A and 30B, 33A and 33B, and 36A and 36B of DUJO Subdivision as recorded in Book 7 at Page 228 in records of Bonner County Idaho Recorder.

All persons desiring to be heard concerning said zoning ordinance amendment should be in attendance. Said application is available for review in the office of the City Clerk at Kootenai City Hall during regular business hours.
