NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6509, notice is given that the City Council of the City of Kootenai, Kootenai, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of December, 2005 at the Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane St., Kootenai, Idaho to provide an opportunity for all interested people to be heard on an ordinance amending the side yard setback for zero lot line for common wall construction, two-family dwellings and multi-family dwellings being considered by the City Council.

Said Ordinance is available in full, for review by any person at the Kootenai City Hall during regular business hours.
