NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, the 5th day od December, 2005, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A request by George Andrews to zone change a 4.21 cre parcel from Rural to Residential for the purpose of subdividing the parcel in the future to accommodate residences under three (3) acres. The property is described as S3-T57N-R2W. Located on the west side of US Highway 95, just south of Bronx Road. Formerly known as the Finney property. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval. A full legal description of the above properties is available from the City Clerk upon request. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Ponderay, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
