CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at Sandpoint City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider adoption of a Capital Improvement Plan by the City of Sandpoint. Any affected member of the public may appear and present evidence regarding this proposed Plan.

Copies of the proposed land use assumptions and the proposed Capital Improvements Plan are available, upon request, at the City of Sandpoint Planning Department. Any person needing special accommodations to participate in the above noticed meeting should contact the City of Sandpoint seven days prior to the meeting at Sandpoint City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint,
