Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that Dover Bay Development of 120 East Lake Street, #101, Sandpoint, ID 83864 has made application to replace an old water intake system with a new 8" intake drawing less than 2 cfs 200' into river. Located on the Pend Oreille River near Dover, Idaho adjacent to: Section 32, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Boise Meridian: Bonner County.

Written objections to or requests for hearing in this matter must be on file with the Idaho Department of Lands, 3706 Industrial Avenue South-Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83815 within thirty (30) days after the first appearance of this notice.
