Tom was born on March 7, 1958, in Sandpoint, Idaho, the son of Paul and Eunice (Foster) Knaggs. He lived a short but full life, in which he enjoyed the company of his family and friends in his native hometown.
He was an amazing father and a good friend to many. He had the ability to bring a smile to otherwise serious situations with his very unique sense of humor.
Tom was a perfectionist in all aspects of life. He displayed this through his hard work and even harder play. He had a huge heart and an open willingness to help those who were less fortunate.
Tom enjoyed spending time with his family and friends on the lake, camping, boating and trying to catch fish. He was very proud to provide for his family. With his love of rock 'n' roll, he could throw one hell of a party whether it be birthday, Halloween or post-prom.
Tom will be missed by all of the people whose lives he touched, especially his family. He will be remembered forever in our hearts. We love you, Dad.
He is survived by his children, Josh and Jazmine and their mother, Karen Knaggs; his mother, Eunice Knaggs; a brother and sister-in-law, Jack H. (Leona) Knaggs; sisters and brothers-in-law, Susan (Jerry) Gazdik, Karen (Fred) Mueller and Patricia (Mike) Brown; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul D. Knaggs; father-in-law, Art Brattkus; and his grandparents.
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Coffelt Funeral Service of Sandpoint.
