PUBLIC HEARING

CITY OF DOVER

FOR HEARING OF THE DOVER URBAN RENEWAL PLAN, TO DETERMINE CONFORMANCE WITH THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY, AND TO ADOPT AN APPROVAL ORDINANCE IF APPROPRIATE.

Pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 50-2008(c), the Dover City council has scheduled for public hearing on November 9, 2005, at 7:00 p.m., at the Dover Community Hall, a public hearing on the proposed Dover Urban Renewal Plan, including a planning & zoning determination that the plan is or is not in conformance with the general plan of the City, and if appropriate, adopting an ordinance approving the plan. If adopted, the Plan will create a revenue allocation area some property tax revenues to be allocated to the Dover Urban Renewal Agency for urban renewal purposes. All interested persons are invited to appear and comment on these proposed actions.

A copy of the Dover Urban Renewal Plan is available for inspection at 209 Lakeshore Ave, Dover, ID, weekdays, between 8:00 a.m and 5:00 p.m, beginning October 5, 2005.
