NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, October 26, 2005, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1157-05 - THE RANCH AT APPALOOSA RIDGE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - MICHAEL & JANE SWENSON are requesting approval to subdivide a +/-20 acre parcel into three residential lots ranging in size from 5.07 acres to 6.82 acres. The site is zoned Rural and located off of Wild Turkey Road, +/-5 miles west of the city of Sandpoint in Section 26, Township 57 North, Range 3 West, B.M.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1213-05 - ANNA'S ADDITION - PRELIMINARY PLAT - JOHN & ANNA TOPP are proposing to subdivide a +/-15 acre parcel of land into three +/-5 acre residential lots. The site is zoned Rural, and is located off of South Sagle Road in Section 23, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

STAFF REPORTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT OR MAY BE VIEWED AT www.co.bonner.id.us SEVEN DAYS PRIOR TO THE SCHEDULED HEARING.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
