PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on requests by Mountain West Ventures of PO Box 42, Hope, Idaho, 83836 for a planned unit development, within existing plated lands with associated zero front yard setback variances on the following described property:

Lots 2, 3,4, and the East 9 feet of Lot 5 and Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 in Block 1 of Government Townsite of Hope, Idaho, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 16, records of Bonner County, Idaho.

Lot 6 of Block 1 of the Northern Pacific Plat of Hope, Idaho according to the plat thereof, recorded in Book 1 of Plats, Page 15, records of Bonner County, Idaho.

The subject lands are generally between and lie adjacent to the Business Loop of Highway 200 (Old Highway 10) and Highland Avenue. The applicant is requesting a planned unit development containing multi-family residential condominiums and commercial uses. Zero front yard setback variances are being requested for the units.

The public hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, October 26, 2005 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Hope City Hall. Copies of file information can be obtained by calling 264-5314 or 263-4720. Public comment is welcome at the public hearing or by calling
