YOU HAVE BEEN SUED BY THE ABOVE-NAMED PLAINTIFF. READ THE INFORMATION BELOW:

You have been sued by ALMA McCHESNIE, the Plaintiff, in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV. 2005-01380.

The nature of the claim against you is an action for Quiet Title and Declaratory Relief regarding real property legally described as the East half of the NE Quarter of the SE Quarter of

Section 8, Township 56 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian, less any portion lying within the

County Road known as Spring Creek Road, as recorded as Instrument No. 32906, on page 223 of the Book of Deeds, of the Bonner County Books and Records.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at Bonner County District Court, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, Phone 208-265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the Plaintiffs attorney at Featherston Law Firm, Chtd., 1 13 South Second Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, 83864, Phone: 208-263-6866.
