PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The East Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing on a request by Ian Barrett of 704 Lakeview, East Hope, Idaho to vacate a portion of Ellisport Street described as:

That portion of the southerly end of Ellisport Street (also known as Mountain Ave) lying south of Lakeview Blvd. as plated in Crawford's Second Addition to East Hope and the Amended Plat of Ferguson's Addition No. 1 & 2 to East Hope, Idaho recorded in the Bonner County Book of Plats.

The public hearing will be conducted on Tuesday, October 25, 2005 beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the East Hope City Hall. Copies of file information can be obtained by calling 264-5877 or 263-4720. Public comment is welcome at the public hearing or by calling
