NOTICE
NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Standpoint Planning Commission will hold separate public hearings at their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 1, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:
1. PUD05-04 - A request by Larry & June Toppenberg, Don & Joyce Tinseth, and Dale & Wanda Micetic for final Planned Unit Development approval to develop 41 lots on approximately 16 acres in the Residence "A" zone. The site is east of the Standpoint Airport on the east side of Boyer Avenue and is located in the SW 1 / 4 of the NE 1 / 4 in Section 10, Township 57, Range 2 W.B.M.
2. CUP05-07 - A request by Curt F. Hagan for conditional use permit approval to allow multi-family housing in the Commercial "D" zone by attaching a new dwelling unit to an existing home. The site is located at 329 S. Marion Avenue and described as Block 7, Lot 13, Southmayd McKinney Wilson Addition.
3. CUP05-08 - A request by Panhandle State Bank for conditional use permit approval to build a 60 ft. building in the Commercial "D" Overlay zone and to secure other exceptions to the design standards of the Commercial "D" Overlay Zone. The site is located at the Harold's grocery store and Standpoint Cinema 4 site and described as Block 10, Lots 1-10, Farmins Addition.
