PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Hope City Council will conduct a public hearing regarding amending Ordinance #233 so as to require new city water service connections to install water meters and to set connection, capitalization, installation and monthly user fees by resolution. Monthly user fees are proposed to increase approximately 20%. New connection fees are increasing from $2,500.00 to $5,700.00.

The public hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, November 9, 2005 in a meeting beginning at 6:30 pm at the Hope City Hall. Information can be obtained by calling 264-5314.
