A Petition by Amy Elizabeth Robinson proposing to change the names of the above-referenced children to Caitlin Lorraine Robinson, Bryana Danielle Robinson, and Naomi Brynn Robinson has been filed in the above-entitled Court. The reason for this change in name being that the parental rights of the father of said children have been terminated and the proposed name for each child will be the same as their mother's name.

Such petition will be heard at 9:00 o'clock AM on the 28th day of November, 2005, in the Courtroom of the above-entitled Court at the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, or as soon thereafter as Counsel may be heard. Objections may be filed by any person who can in such objection show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
