AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, PROVIDING FOR THE OPENING AND AMENDING OF THE 2004-2005 BUDGET; APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF PONDERAY, IDAHO, IN THE SUM OF $34,700.00; RESERVES OF $1 19,441.00 AND AN INTRA

FUND TRANSFER OF $3,681.00; PROVIDING FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF SAID REVENUE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO:

Section 1: That following legal notice and public hearing previously held and good cause existing and upon addition of the reserve funds, donation, non-tax receipts and intra fund transfer, the 2004-2005 Budget of the City of Ponderay, Bonner County, Idaho, be opened and amended.

Section 2: That the 2004-2005 Budget of the City of Ponderay, Bonner County, Idaho, be amended to reflect the addition of reserve funds in the amount of $1 19,441.00, additional monies received in the amount of $34,700.00 and an intra fund transfer of $3,681, and further be amended to reflect and provide for the expenditure of said Revenue in the amount of $103,040.00, in the 2004-2005 General Administration Budget, and in the amount of $5 1,101 .00 in the 2004-2005 Law Enforcement Budget in the General Fund and $3,681 .00 in the Street Budget.

Section 3: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval and publication.
