NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Jann Roberts, whose address is 428 S. Florence, Sandpoint, ID, 83864, has been appointed pursuant to I.C> 15-5-425 to act as personal representative of the estate of the above- named decedent and hereby notifies all creditors of the said estate to present their claims. Claimants may present their claims by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the personal representative, indicating its basis, the name and address of the Claimant, and the amount claimed. Alternatively, claims may be filed with the Clerk of the above entitled Court, in the form prescribed by rule. If a claim is not yet due, the date when it will become due shall be stated. If the claim is secured, the security shall be described.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that such claims must be delivered within four months after the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred if not barred earlier by other statute of limitations.
