Meridian, Boundary County,

Idaho, more particularly described

Commencing at the southwest corner

of the Southwest Quarter of the

Northwest Quarter

(SW1/4NW1/4) of said Section

Two (2); thence, along the south

line of said Southwest Quarter of

the Northwest Quarter

(SW1/4NW1/4), East, 13 rods to a

westerly line of that parcel

described in Instrument No.

112293; thence, along said westerly,

North, 13 rods; thence along a

southerly line of that parcel

described in Instrument No.

112293, West, 13 rods to the west

line of the said Southwest Quarter

the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING.

A parcel of land 200 feet square situated

25 feet East of the quarter

stake between Sections Two (2)

and Three (3), Township Sixty (60)

North, Range One (1) West, Boise

Meridian, said lot being in the

Southwest corner of the Southwest

Quarter of the Northwest Quarter

(SW1/4NW1/4) of Section Two

(2), Township Sixty (60) North,

Meridian, Boundary County,

served with this Summons. If you
