Urban renewal wrong needs to be righted

Nary a coo concerning the plight or "blight" of all the homeless pigeons that were displaced by the nullifying of the Panhandle Milling building. Certainly after occupying residency for a century, they had established a prescriptive easement or at very least, roosting rights.
Seems that some lawyers should be plucking themselves over this missed opportunity.
There are doubts that this issue will be bypassed completely. Surely, when the urban renewal plans get out of the nest, this wrong will be righted.
