PLAINTIFF,

STEVE JONES and DEBORAH JONES, husband and wife, and The South one half of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 30, Township 54 North, Range 4 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, and any persons claimant any interest by and through the foregoing STEVE JONES and DEBORAH JONES as to said real estate.

You have been sued by GLACIER HOMES, INC., the Plaintiff in the District Court in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-05-0001061.

The nature of the claim against you is foreclosure of a lien pursuant to Idaho code 45-501 et seq.

Any time after 20 days following the last publication of this summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court at 215 SOUTH 1ST AVENUE, SANDPOINT, ID 83864, 208-265-1432, and served a copy of your response to the Plaintiff's attorney at CHARLES M.
