NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Board of Commissioners will hold public

hearings at the following time on Tuesday, September 27, 2005 in Courtroom No. 4 of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

2:00 P.M. - FILE #AM87-05 - ORDINANCE AMENDMENT - BUILDING LOCATION PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE, AMENDMENT TO TITLE 11 - BONNER COUNTY is initiating an amendment to Bonner County Revised Code, Title 11, (Building Location Permits) to establish an official fee schedule, allow for the adoption of the fee schedule by resolution, increase the fees charged for building location permit applications and investigative fees and to define "start of construction." Fees defray costs to general taxpayers by ensuring applicants reimburse Bonner County for expenses incurred processing building location permit files and violations. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Bonner County Planning Department.

2:00 P.M. - FILE #AM86-05 - ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TITLE 12 - LAND USE TEE

SCHEDULE - BONNER COUNTY is initiating an amendment to the fee schedules of Bonner County Revised Code, Chapter 4, Title 12, (land use codes) to increase the fees charged for applications such as subdivisions, conditional use permits, variances, zone changes, stormwater/erosion control plans, family exemptions, condominium plats and final plat reviews and to establish a fee for administration of surety agreements. Fees defray costs to general taxpayers by ensuring applicants reimburse Bonner County for expenses incurred processing land use files. A copy of the proposed amendment is available at the Bonner County Planning Department. The Planning and Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of September 1 st recommended approval of this file to the Board of County Commissioners.
