NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the following time on Wednesday, September 28, 2005, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1194-05 - MC DANIEL ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - STEVEN & JEANNE MCDANIEL are proposing to plat a 10-acre parcel to bring it into conformance with Bonner County subdivision standards. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Peninsula Loop Road in Section 30, Township 57 North, Range 4 West, B.M.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if this item will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
