FILING DEADLINE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That declarations of candidacy for the office of Fire Commissioner of the 2nd Sub-District of the Sam Owen Fire District must be filed with the district clerk/secretary whose address is the Sam Owen Fire Station, 17 Old Sam Owen Dr. no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 30th day of September, 2005.

Such declarations are available at the fire station at 17 Old Sam Owen Dr. or at the office of the County Clerk.

Individuals who run as write-in candidates must file a declaration of intent no later than 5:00 p.m. on the 25th day prior to the election
