NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the following time on Wednesday, October 5, 2005, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request:

1:45 P.M. - FILE S1167-05 - TRAPPER'S CREEK - PRELIMINARY PLAT - HARBOR MOUNTAIN PROPERTIES - RESORT HOLDINGS are seeking preliminary plat approval to subdivide +/-7 acres into 35 residential/recreation lots ranging in size from +/-3,309 square feet to +/-15,111 square feet and containing from 2 to 4 dwelling units each, for a total of 79 units. The site is located north and west of the Selkirk Lodge at Schweitzer Mountain Resort. The property is zoned Recreation and is located in Section 20, Township 58 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The Planning and Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of September 1, 2005, recommended approval of this file to the Board of County Commissioners.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if this item will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
