Notice is hereby given that the Sandpoint Planning Commission will hold separate public hearings at their regular meeting on Tuesday, October 4, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall, 1123 Lake Street, Sandpoint, ID, to consider the following:
1. PUD05-04 / S05-05 - A request by Larry & June Toppenberg, Don & Joyce Tinseth, and Dale & Wanda Micetic for Planned Unit Development and preliminary subdivision approval to develop 41 lots on approximately 16 acres in the Residence "A" zone. The site is east of the Sandpoint Airport on the east side of Boyer Avenue and is located in the SW 1 / 4 of the NE 1 / 4 in Section 10, Township 57, Range 2 W.B.M.
2. CUP05-06 - A request by Doris Sanger for conditional use permit approval to allow multi-family housing in the Commercial "D" zone by converting the upper floor of an existing barn into an apartment. The lower floor of the existing barn may be used as additional residential space for either the apartment or the separate, existing single-family residence located on the property, or used for small-scale commercial activities. The site is located at 917 Lake Street and described as Block E, Lot 6, Law's Third Addition.
3. VAR05-03 - A request by Jeffrey Hawley for a variance from the setback requirements of the Residence "A" zone to allow a porch addition constructed without a building permit to be located 13 feet from the front property line. Sandpoint City Code allows a roofed-over, unenclosed porch, provided the resulting front yard setback is not less than 15 feet. The site is located on the west side of Ella Avenue at 536 South Ella Avenue and described as Block 2, Lot 10, Bitterich's Addition.

The Idaho Unclaimed Property Program will post an updated list of Idaho unclaimed property owners on the Internet on October 1,2005. This online list will be updated quarterly at tax.idaho.gov (click on 'Unclaimed Property "). Anyone without Internet access can view the list on computers at any Idaho State Tax Commission office or at most public libraries. Unclaimed Property consists of abandoned bank accounts, forgotten refunds checks, utility deposits, gift certificates, and more.
