Agency's closure hurts area's senior citizens

This week, one of the finest home care agencies in this area was closed by the state with no reason given. No one was notified that this was going to happen to Care Now Agency, and therefore many elderly people were left without caregivers to help them with their meals and their health needs.

I have had a couple of agencies come into my home and until I signed up with Care Now, I have never had such kind, compassionate and caring help. I was taken care of with respect and kindness, something that I had never received from anyone else in that profession.

I hope whatever the problems are that Care Now is faced with, they are resolved quickly so that we can once again have good quality service and care for the elderly who truly need it.
