NOTICE OF

PUBLIC HEARING

Pursuant to Idaho Code 67-6509, notice is given that the City Council of the City of Kootenai, Kootenai, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, October 3rd, 2005 at the Kootenai City Hall, 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, Idaho to provide an opportunity for all interested people to be heard on an ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance to provide that the fees and deposit amount shall be set by resolution being considered by the City Council.

Said Ordinance is available in full, for review by any person at the Kootenai City Hall during regular business hours. Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Kootenai, P.O. Box 566, Kootenai, Idaho 83840, one week prior to the hearing date.
