A Petition by Brittany Ann Tashoff-Claffey, born August 8, 1992 in Sandpoint, State of Idaho, now residing at 201 Talache Rd, Sagle, proposing a change in name to Brittany Ann Claffey has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being: Because I only want to go by my father's last name.

The petitioner's father is living.

Such petition will be heard at 9:30 o'clock a.m. on October 17, 2005, in a courtroom at the Bonner County Courthouse with Judge Heise. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
