PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the following time on Wednesday, October 5, 2005, in the Board room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following request:

1:30 P.M. - FILE VS1207-05 - VACATION OF A PORTION OF PINEVIEW SUBDIVISION - STEVE & JACALYN SIEMER are requesting approval to vacate(remove from the subdivision) a portion of Lot 1, Block 2, of Pineview Subdivision, as described in Book 2 of Plats, Page 133. The applicants propose to vacate the southerly 3 acres of Lot 1 in order to complete a boundary line adjustment with neighboring unplatted property. The site is zoned Suburban and is located in Section 20, Township 57 North, Range 2 West on Pinecrest Loop Road, west of Sandpoint.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearing to verify if this item will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO EITHER COURTROOM 4 OF THE BONNER COUNTY COURTHOUSE LOCATED AT 215 SOUTH FIRST AVENUE OR TO SANDPOINT COMMUNITY HALL LOCATED AT 204 SOUTH FIRST AVENUE. SHOULD THE HEARINGS NEED TO BE HELD IN A LOCATION OTHER THAN WHAT WAS NOTICED, SIGNS WILL BE POSTED.
