NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Kootenai, Bonner County, Idaho, will conduct a public hearing at the city council meeting scheduled for 7:00 p.m., on Monday, the 3rd day of October, 2005, at 204 Spokane Street, Kootenai, Idaho, the purpose of which is to consider the adoption of the following fee and deposit schedule relating to land use applications.

A. Application Fees:

Rezone application $200

Subdivision application

(for 4 lots or less) $100

plus $50 per building lot

Subdivision application

(for 5 lots or more) $500

plus $50 per building lot

Annexation application $300

Comprehensive Plan Change $200

B. Deposit Fees:

Conditional or special use permit application $500

Rezone application $500

Subdivision application $500

Annexation application $500

Vacation $500

Comprehensive Plan Change $500

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the City of Kootenai, P.O. Box 566, Kootenai, Idaho 83840, one week prior to the hearing date. Dated: September 16, 2005 Brenda Currie, City Clerk
