NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 6th day of September, in the year 2005, COLETTE RANGE filed a PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATE OF WHICH SURVIVING SPOUSE IS SOLE BENEFICIARY in the above-named estate.

The original of the Petition is on file with the Clerk of Court and may be reviewed upon request.

The Petition has been set for hearing in thi ourt at the Bonner County Courthouse in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, on the 20 day of October, in the year 2005, at the time of 9 o'clock a.m. before the Presiding Magistrate.
