NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, October 19, 2005, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 21 5 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1205-05 - SPIRIT VALLEY FARMS. REPLAT OF LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1 - PRELIMINARY PLAT - TERRY BOOMGAARD is proposing to subdivide two platted lots of +/-10.05 acres and +/-14.83 acres into four lots, between +/-5.01 and +/-9.82 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Mountain View Lane in Section 22, Township 54 North, Range 5 West, B.M.
1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1188-05 - BIRCH HAVEN. 2nd ADDITION. REPLAT OF LOT 12 -
PRELIMINARY PLAT - DAVID AND NANCY LEWIS are seeking to subdivide Lot 12 of Second Addition to Birch Haven into four residential lots ranging in size from +/-0.68 to +/-2.5 acres. The +/-4.6-acre existing lot is located on Birch Haven Drive, A +/-2-1/2 miles southeast of Sandpoint in Section 2, Township 56 North, Range 2 West, B.M. The site is zoned Suburban 1/3.
2:00 P.M. - FILE C824-05 - CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND FILE S 1174-05 - WESTSHORE - PRELIMINARY PLAT - WEST
SHORE DEVELOPMENT CO., INC. is seeking approval for a planned unit development and associated preliminary plat to create nine residential lots ranging in size from +/-1 acre to +/-2.19 acres and common area on a +/- 43.7-acre parcel. The site is located on the Pend Oreille River, 10 miles southwest of Sandpoint off U.S. Highway 2. The property is zoned Suburban 1/3 and is located in Section 20, Township 56 North, Range 3 West, B.M. The Planning and Zoning Commission, at the regularly scheduled public hearing of September 1, 2005, recommended approval of these files to the Board of County Commissioners. Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.
