A Petition by Michael J. Miller, born on October 9, 1956, in Lawrence, Kansas, now residing at 1813 West Main, Sandpoint, State of Idaho, proposing a change in name to Jayne Kathyrn Louise Miller has been filed in the above entitled court, the reason for this change in name being congruency with gender identity. The petitioner's father has died and the names and addresses of the petitioner's near relatives are: Tina E. Mulhell P.O. Box 6421, Chico, Ca. 95970.

Such petition is scheduled for 9:30 o'clock a.m. on May 1, 2006, at the Bonner County Courthouse. Objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such a change of name.
