Pursuant to Section 58-104(g) and 58-1301, et seq., Idaho Code (The Lake Protection Act) and rules of the State Board of Land Commissioners, notice is hereby given that jae Heinburg dba BVG Sandpoint Ltd of 777 South Harbor Island Blvd, Suite 925- Tampa, FL 33602 made application to expand, modify and reconfigure the community dock facility and swin area at the Seasons at Sandpoint on Lake Pend Oreille near Sandpoint, Idaho. adjacent to: Section 23, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, B.M., Bonner County.
