You are hereby notified that a Petition For Order of Death Certificate by Janet Galusha, In The Matter Of The Death Of DOUGLAS CAMPBELL MCLEAN, deceased on December 8, 2005, in the City of Sagle, Bonner County, Idaho has been filed in the above entitled court. Such Petition will be heard on the 15th day of May, 2006 at 9:30 a.m. and objections may be filed by any person who can, in such objections, show to the Court a good reason against such order for a death certificate to be issued with the Idaho Bureau of Vital Statistics.
