NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, April 26, 2006, in the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:
1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1303-05 - DANDURAND HOMESITES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RICKY DANDURAND is proposing to subdivide a 25 acre parcel into two lots of 10 acres and 15 acres. The subject property is zoned Agricultural, and is located off Cindy Lane approximately 15 miles northeast of Sandpoint in Section 9 of Township 59 North, Range 1 West.
1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1286-05 - HARGREAVES PLAT- PRELIMINARY PLAT - HAL & RUTH HARGREAVES are proposing to subdivide a 10 acre parcel into two lots of 5 acres each. The subject property is zoned Rural, and is located off Glengary Road approximately 18 miles southeast of Sandpoint in Section 7 of Township 56 North, Range 1 East.
2:00 P.M. - FILE SS1291-05 - MOOSE CREEK - PRELIMINARY PLAT - KAREN BATTENSCHLAG & KATHY CAMPION are proposing to subdivide a 20 acre parcel into two lots of 10 acres each. The subject property is zoned Agricultural, and is located off Coyote Road approximately 18 miles northeast of Sandpoint in Section 21 of Township 58 North, Range 1 West.
2:15 P.M. - FILE S1249-05 - KL WILLOW ESTATES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - RICK & PATRICIA WILMOT are requesting approval to subdivide a +/-57 acre parcel of land into 9 lots (previously 10 lots), between +/-5.02 acres and +/-7.67 acres. The site is located off of Kelso Lake Road +/-21 miles southwest of Sandpoint on Kelso Lake, in Section 21, Township 54 North, Range 3 West, B.M. The Planning & Zoning Commission at its regularly scheduled public hearing of March 2, 2006, recommended denial of this application to the Board of County Commissioners.
Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
