NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that Northside Fire District shall conduct a Public hearing on Tuesday, the 18th day of April, 2006 at Northside Fire District, 437 Cedar Street, Ponderay, Idaho commencing at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as this hearing can be conducted. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

The annexation into the district of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, Section 30, Township 59 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County Idaho. The southeast quarter, Section 30 Township 59 North, Range 1 West, Boise Merdian, Bonner County, Idaho. The northeast quarter of the southeast quarter Section 30 Township 59 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho. That part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, Section 31, northeast of the Pack River County Road,

Township 59 North, Range 1 West Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by Northside Fire District, P.O. Box 181, 437 Cedar Street, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, at least twenty-four hours prior to hearing.
