Local AM radio lacking

| April 24, 2006 9:00 PM

Does anybody beside myself object to our local AM radio station (KSPT 1400) becoming a conservative propaganda machine? We can start our morning off with Laura Ingram, next up we get Rush Limbaugh, then in the afternoon we get Dr. Laura and then topped off with Michael Savage.

This would be okay if we had other choices, but we don't. I may be in the minority here, but I know that not everybody in North Idaho is a hard-core conservative. And even if they are, I would hope that they would be open-minded and smart enough not to buy into the bigoted and hateful messages that KSPT programming has subscribed to.

If KPST really wants to speak for all of us and reach more listeners, they will need to balance their programming. Until they do, I will not tune them in.
