WILLIAM LEONARD NYE, Deceased.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Doloris D. Gillam, 876 Elk Hills Drive, Galt, CA 95632-3414, has been appointed personal representatives of the estate of the above-named decedent and hereby notifies all creditors of the said estate to present their claims within four (4) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, or be forever barred if not barred earlier by other statute of limitations.

Claims may be presented by delivering or mailing a written statement of the claim to the personal representative at her address shown above or c/o her attorney at his address shown above, indicating its basis, the name and address of the Claimant, and the amount claimed, and by filing a written statement of the claim, in the form prescribed by rule, with the clerk of the court. If a claim is not yet due, the date when it will become due shall be stated. If a claim is contingent or unliquidated, the nature of the uncertainty shall be stated. If the claim is secured, the security shall be described.
