STATE OF IDAHO LAND EXCHANGE NOTICE

STATE OF IDAHO/ROCKY STEPHENS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the State of Idaho, Department of Lands (IDL) in considering an exchange of land with Ricky Stephens under authority of the Idaho Admission Bill (26 Stat. L215, Ch656) Section 5(b) and Title 58, Section 138, Idaho Code.

The State lands that are being considered for exchange are described as: parts of Lot 6 Section 4, Township 57 North, Range 4 West, B.M., being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 6, which is the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North along the lot line to the centerline of the Eastside County Road; thence Southeast along the centerline of the East side County Road to the south boundary of Lot 6, thence West along the south boundary of lot 6 to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. The above described area containing approximately 4.63 acres more or less, Bonner County.

The Stephens lands are described as: The South 153 feet of the SE1/4NW1/4, Section 4, Township 57 North, Range 4 West, B.M., containing approximately 4.63 acres more or less. The final exchange will be based on equal value appraisals. A public hearing has been scheduled for May 15, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. at Idaho Department of Lands, 2550 Hwy. 2 West, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, for the purpose of receiving public comments on this proposed exchange.
