Documents may be obtained for a refundable deposit of $50.00 by qualified contractors, from Miller Stauffer Architects, 701 E. Front Avenue, Suite 301, Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814, telephone (208)664-1773.

All bids must be made on the forms furnished and must be signed by the bidder with his name and post office address. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for receipt of bids for at east 30 days. The Board of Directors of the North Idaho College Head Start reserve the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality, or to accept the bid deemed best for the North Idaho College Head Start. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check on an Idaho bank or bid bond, with Idaho State Licensed Surety Company as surety, in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid made payable to the Board of Directors North Idaho College Head Start. This surety shall be forfeited by the bidder in the event of failure to sign the contract or to furnish the necessary 100% performance and labor and material bonds. Idaho Public Works Contractors License is required. Bidders shall be licensed at the time of the award in the State of Idaho.
