Lillian Marie Kins, 82

Lillian Marie Kins, 82, of Libby, Mont., passed away Thursday, July 27, 2006, at the Libby Care Center of natural causes.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5, 2006, at Nelson and Vial Funeral Home in Libby.

She was born Jan. 24, 1924, at Stone Hill to Victor and Ida Logsdon Becquart.

During World War II, she worked for Douglas building planes in Tulsa, Okla. She worked as a telegrapher for the Great Northern Railroad for 13 years. She married Lawrence Kins in the spring of 1947. She enjoyed the out of doors and fishing. Her husband, Lawrence; and two brothers, Luke and Ray, preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Louis Kins of Sandpoint, Idaho, and Larry Kins of Post Falls, Idaho; a brother, Tom Becquart of Moyie Springs, Idaho; three sisters, Edith Gaertner of Libby, Marion Smith of Troy, Mont., and Peggy Starling of Spokane, Wash.; six grandchildren, Desiree, Daniel, Damion, Mason, Cortney and Nicole; and a great-grandchild, Miya.
